User Deletion Terms
Introduction:
These User Deletion Terms outline the procedures and conditions for the deletion of user accounts on IMAQ Books (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to comply with these terms regarding the deletion of your account.
Account Deletion Request:
To request the deletion of your user account, please follow the steps outlined in the App settings or contact our customer support at books@imaq.ca . Your account will be marked for deletion upon receiving your request.

For security purposes, we may require additional information to verify your identity before processing the account deletion request. This is to ensure that the account is being deleted by the rightful owner.

Upon account deletion, your personal information and data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our active databases. However, please note that some data may be retained for legal, audit, or administrative purposes, as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Effect on App Usage:
